What you will do

• Design and ship vault strategies from thesis and design doc to simulation, deployment and live running
• Optimise strategies through signal research, execution tuning and gas-aware rebalancing
• Run due diligence on protocols, collateral assets and chains for strategy inclusion
• Own risk parameters such as supply caps, exposure limits and automated de-risking logic
• Extend risk monitoring and alerting systems and join the on-call rotation

What they look for

• Strong Python and solid software engineering fundamentals including testing and code review
• Applied quantitative skills in optimisation, statistics and simulation
• Comfort with data infrastructure such as SQL and data pipelines
• Experience debugging live systems under pressure and owning production reliability
• Clear technical communication
