Recruiter

About the role

A recruiter is needed to fill open roles in Pakistan quickly, mainly high-volume positions and occasionally specialist ones. The job focuses on sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through the hiring funnel.

What you will do

• Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media, and find candidates via databases, LinkedIn, messaging groups and referrals
• Review CVs and conduct phone and online interviews against role requirements
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and gather their feedback
• Stay in contact with applicants through every stage until their first day
• Maintain a talent pool for recurring high-volume roles and update funnel and staffing records daily
• Prepare onboarding paperwork with central HR and work with local agencies and job sites

What they look for

• Familiarity with local sourcing channels such as job portals, social groups and referrals
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously at a fast pace
• Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and with a CRM or Notion
• Clear and courteous communication with candidates and managers
• Urdu plus working English, and own laptop, headset and reliable fast internet for remote work
