Head of People

About the role

A senior people leader owns the operational backbone of hiring, payroll, performance and compliance across multiple entities, reporting to the finance leadership.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a small team spanning people operations, talent acquisition and business partnering, coaching through one to ones, reviews
• Run hiring end to end across all entities, from sourcing and interviews to offer management, and strengthen the employer brand
• Improve HR systems and people operations, including payroll and benefits administration with accounting and external partners
• Drive automation, self-service and AI-enabled solutions to improve the employee and manager experience
• Keep employment policies, contracts and the handbook compliant, and handle employee relations cases with legal counsel
• Own compensation reviews, promotion and progression frameworks, and lead the performance review cycle

What they look for

• Proven people leadership with end-to-end ownership from design to results
• Experience running recruitment and employer branding with a data-driven approach
• Knowledge of local labour law compliance and EU pay transparency requirements
• Ability to coach a lean team while carrying an operational workload
• Strong prioritisation and performance management skills
