Employee Relations Investigator

About the role

Conduct impartial investigations into suspected misconduct and policy breaches, managing each case from planning to closure. Work with HR, legal and compliance partners to reach fair and consistent outcomes.

What you will do

• Plan investigations, defining scope, participants and schedules, and document work to professional standards
• Report findings clearly and promptly to HR, leaders, legal and other stakeholders
• Collaborate across HR, labor relations, legal, audit, security and operations
• Support post-investigation steps such as equitable employment actions and preventive training
• Write concise reports that combine facts, policy standards, analysis and conclusions
• Manage cases with accurate documentation, proper evidence handling and confidentiality

What they look for

• At least five years in HR, corporate investigations, labor relations, legal or compliance
• Three or more years investigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation and policy breaches
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, criminal justice or similar, or equivalent experience
