Onboarding & Implementation Specialist

About the role

Act as the link between customers and technology teams, running onboarding and implementation so each launch is structured, on time and tied to the customer's goals. The role sets the base for long-term retention and growth.

What you will do

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle from gathering requirements to the post-launch review
• Handle data imports, integrations and system setup to match customer needs
• Team up with product, engineering and support to troubleshoot and improve implementation
• Track implementation metrics, satisfaction and launch readiness, and report on them
• Spot implementation risks and dependencies early and build mitigation plans

What they look for

• Experience running customer implementations or onboarding end to end
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete configuration and action
• Comfort managing scope, timelines and deliverables across several projects
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and support teams
• Skill at spotting recurring onboarding problems and proposing repeatable fixes
