A hands-on growth role managing Amazon accounts end to end, from advertising strategy to catalogue health, conversion and inventory, for direct-to-consumer brands.
What you will do
- Own advertising strategy and ongoing optimisation for a portfolio of Amazon accounts
- Analyse performance and spot opportunities in ads, organic growth, conversion and catalogue health
- Build traffic and conversion plans from client goals, search data and competitor insights
- Find listing and catalogue improvements and coordinate execution with a support team
- Plan promotions, retail events and inventory to sustain account growth
- Lead client calls, reporting and strategic discussions on goals and next steps
What they look for
- At least four years of hands-on work with Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
- Proven record running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Solid grasp of Amazon ad metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion rate
- Experience optimising listings and catalogues, including titles, bullets, backend terms, A+ Content and variations
- Familiarity with promotions, inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for turning performance data into recommendations
