Paid Media Campaign Specialist

About the role

Own and optimise paid social campaigns mainly on Meta with some LinkedIn work, using performance data and tracking setup to improve lead results.

What you will do

• Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
• Manage audiences, budgets, creative variants and ongoing performance tuning
• Analyse campaign data to spot trends, issues and chances to improve results
• Set up, validate and troubleshoot tracking, conversion events and lead attribution
• Connect campaign activity with CRM workflows and reporting
• Help create and edit organic and paid social content and ad copy

What they look for

• Three to five years of hands on paid media experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tracking and attribution concepts
• Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion events
• Aptitude for CRM systems and marketing funnel data
• Proactive, data driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
