Client Partner, Client Success and Business Development

About the role

Owns relationships with health system clients, either deepening existing partnerships or opening new ones, through executive-level conversations grounded in patient access and health system operations knowledge.

What you will do

• Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline prioritised by strategic fit and revenue potential
• Lead discovery talks and deliver the full pitch independently to senior audiences such as CFOs and CIOs
• Move advisory-only engagements into long-term managed services deals, negotiating within set guardrails
• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts and build trusted executive relationships
• Generate qualified leads through outreach and conferences
