Referral Relations Specialist, SUD

About the role

Join a founding go to market team scaling a substance use disorder program nationally, guiding clients from first contact into care and keeping referral partners informed.

What you will do

• Own the client journey from initial contact until care begins, preventing drop off
• Act as the link between referral partners, clients and the admissions team
• Keep referral partners updated on the clients they refer and build long term trust
• Reach out directly to clients whose care has stalled and help them reschedule
• Coordinate closely with the SUD outreach team and admissions staff

• Strong coordination and communication skills across partners, clients and internal teams
• Ability to handle sensitive client situations with care and persistence
• Motivation to expand access to behavioral health treatment
