Regional Accounts Receivable Resource

About the role

A regional team of ten communities needs someone to keep billing accurate and payments timely. The job mixes hands-on AR work with coaching office managers in person and remotely.

At a glance

What you will do

• Meet local AR teams in person and online to work through billing questions and problems
• Make sure resident statements go out correctly and on schedule
• Track receivables, plan improvements and watch payment timing trends
• Check that payer contracts are followed and billing matches what each contract says
• Train and support office managers, and help local leaders hire and manage billing staff

What they look for

• At least three years of billing experience in assisted living or independent living
• One year or more using PointClickCare at both facility and management console levels
• Two-year business degree preferred
• Strong Excel and the rest of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel around the region roughly 30% of the time

Nice to have

• Familiarity with resident trust account compliance
