What you will do

  • Roll out and monitor the quality management system across regional distribution and fulfillment centers
  • Run internal audits, readiness checks and 5S compliance reviews
  • Act as regional quality contact for clients during onboarding, business reviews and external audits
  • Lead investigations into complaints, shipping errors, mispicks and inventory gaps, then drive corrective actions
