What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors supporting trials
- Apply the vendor governance strategy, tracking compliance, effectiveness and results
- Assess vendor performance with scorecards, surveys and key indicators
- Work with study teams to resolve performance issues and support delivery
- Oversee quality incidents and follow up on corrective action plans
- Report performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities and support sponsor audits
