Manager, Marketing Effectiveness

About the role

Lead the data foundation behind measurement and reporting for a major client account. The role combines data quality ownership, integration work and client-facing advisory with considerable autonomy.

What you will do

• Move recurring reports into a dashboard-first setup in Power BI while keeping data integrity and visual quality high
• Combine paid media, owned and third-party data from many channels into clean, reliable datasets
• Work with measurement, analytics and account teams to connect data infrastructure to measurement plans
• Act as the trusted data lead in client conversations, judging feasibility and setting realistic expectations
• Build and troubleshoot connectors and API endpoints so data flows into dashboards without errors

What they look for

• Degree in statistics, economics, data science or another quantitative field
• Proven ownership of data QA and taxonomy governance, including designing and running a QA process
• Strong skills with visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with multi-source, multi-channel data in the media and marketing space
• Comfort working independently on large datasets with little oversight

Nice to have

• Experience supporting marketing mix modeling data workstreams
• Experience merging disparate sources into one unified dashboard source
• Strong background developing and managing API endpoints for internal and external systems

USD 68,000 to 105,000 per year
