Staff Product Operations Manager, Platform

About the role

Support the billing, organization and security product teams by turning open questions into rigorous analysis, repeatable processes and internal tools. The work directly influences revenue growth across the platform.

What you will do

• Partner with research and development leaders on the billing, organization and security product areas
• Investigate why enterprise customers stall on security or permissions requirements
• Combine signals from support tickets and customer conversations to find blockers to expansion
• Build dashboards that show how platform gaps affect pipeline and retention risk
• Ship and refine tools until users trust and rely on them

• Proven ability to build and ship work end to end
• Comfort using modern AI and development tools to move past the prototype stage
• Skill in working with data, writing and debugging code with AI assistance and validating results
• Ability to put useful tools in front of users and improve them iteratively
• No technical background required, but hands on execution is essential
