Manager, Operations Enablement and Capabilities

About the role

Lead the delivery of process and digital pharmacy solutions that improve access, operational efficiency and customer engagement. The role spans operations, clinical, product, technology and customer-facing teams and includes developing an engaged team.

What you will do

• Define, standardize and optimize processes and supporting technology across teams
• Translate complex business needs and technical requirements into documented solutions
• Scope and manage projects, resources and deliverables using continuous improvement methods
• Identify and facilitate workforce change management for new processes and technology
• Analyze customer feedback, performance metrics and data to improve experience and turnaround time
• Build and optimize workflows, automation, dashboards and reporting
