Regional Service Operations Lead, Nordics and Eastern Europe

About the role

A regional operations role coordinating the repair network and after-sales service relationships with retailers and dealers across the Nordics and Eastern Europe. It also owns technical escalations and feeds field insights back to headquarters.

What you will do

• Coordinate repair network operations and act as the primary operational contact for partners
• Audit partners, run certifications and annual performance reviews
• Track service KPIs such as first-time repair rate, turnaround time and cost per repair
• Manage after-sales relationships with retailers and dealers and handle escalations
• Lead quarterly business reviews with channel and service partners and track actions
• Own L2 and L3 technical escalations and deliver English-language technical training

What they look for

• At least five years in after-sales service, repair center operations or a comparable function
• Experience working with outsourced repair or service partners
• Experience coordinating a multi-country service network
• Experience in B2B dealer or retailer relationship management
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics or a similar technical consumer-products environment
• Swedish or Norwegian language skills
