What you will do
- Coordinate repair network operations across France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Conduct partner audits, certification and annual performance reviews
- Monitor service KPIs and drive corrective action plans with service partners
- Manage after-sales relationships with retailers and dealers and act as escalation point
- Lead quarterly business reviews with channel and service partners
- Own L2 and L3 technical escalations and deliver French-language training to partners
