C&I Program Manager

About the role

Oversee every stage of client programs for gas utilities, from launch through completion, keeping delivery smooth and results measurable while meeting regulatory and client expectations.

What you will do

• Run several contracts and budgets worth two to three million dollars each year
• Negotiate and administer contracts so that compliance and client satisfaction are maintained
• Guide program staff and coordinate teams across engineering, marketing and software
• Track performance, report outcomes and keep customer service standards high
• Review technical documents and gather data for invoicing and reporting
• Spot problems early, escalate them and suggest process improvements

What they look for

• Five to eight years in program management, including at least two managing people
• Track record of strong customer service and lasting client relationships
• Able to work independently with initiative and a positive outlook
• Skilled at studying past data to shape strategy and contingency plans
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Nice to have

• Program management experience in energy efficiency
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM

Pay

USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year
