About the role

A field based leadership role guiding a team of pharmaceutical sales specialists across a district. The manager drives commercial execution, customer engagement and product adoption.

What you will do

Lead, coach and develop a team of pharmaceutical sales specialists
Run regular field coaching to strengthen selling skills and business acumen
Recruit, hire, onboard and retain sales talent
Build and execute district business plans to grow market share and revenue
Analyze territory trends and implement action plans to improve results
Partner with marketing, market access, training and commercial leadership teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly related experience
Experience leading and developing a sales team in pharmaceutical or medical sales
Ability to translate strategy into execution and inspire performance
Strong analytical skills and use of data to guide decisions
