Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate the company's trade show presence end to end and run social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to build brand awareness and support sales.

What you will do

• Manage the yearly trade show calendar, handle new event requests and book events promptly
• Give leadership weekly updates and keep every part of event booking running smoothly
• Handle day-to-day trade show logistics with sales and marketing, including booths, printing and campaigns
• Liaise independently with internal and external trade show partners and share information on time
• Run the social media calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram with consistent weekly posting
• Produce short and long form video content with a videographer and AI tools

What they look for

• At least two years of event coordination and social media management experience in a B2B setting
• Strong record of organizing events from planning through execution
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs, Canva, CapCut, Descript and video editing tools
• Willingness to learn new content tools, run surveys and arrange customer interviews
• Able to create promotional assets such as videos, flyers, brochures and invitations
