Key Account Manager

About the role

An individual contributor sales role focused on launching a new kidney transplant product in a new territory and building the initial sales foundation while hitting revenue targets.

What you will do

• Create strategic account plans that identify opportunities and stakeholders and increase appropriate product use
• Cultivate professional ties with prescribers, hospital teams and transplant staff across the care continuum
• Navigate complex hospital, academic and transplant settings to reach decision makers
• Answer customer questions within the approved indication and triage inquiries to the right partners
• Track account decisions affecting access and pursue formulary placement and EMR inclusion
• Coordinate with market access, medical, operations, marketing and trade colleagues on strategy
