A role supporting senior leadership by running meeting rhythms, tracking decisions and protecting executive time so strategic priorities reach completion.
What you will do
- Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions and chase action items
- Drive strategic projects with plans, milestones and a shared status board
- Manage executive calendars and inboxes, screen requests and prepare briefings
- Support board and committee scheduling, packets, minutes and governance records
- Prepare concise progress updates for leadership and the board
- Coordinate training sessions, culture events and other special projects
What they look for
- Track record managing several complex projects with little supervision
- Sound judgment and strict confidentiality
- Strong writing, proofreading and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project tools such as Asana or Monday
- Personal Christian faith and willingness to sign the mission's statement of faith and lifestyle
Nice to have
- Experience supporting senior executives or a governing board
- Bachelor's degree
- Nonprofit or mission-driven background
