Lead global clinical trials from start-up through final delivery for small and medium biopharmaceutical clients. The role oversees cross-functional teams and serves as the main contact for sponsors and vendors.
What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, within scope and on budget
- Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs and regulations
- Act as primary contact for sponsors, vendors and internal teams
- Select, manage and oversee vendor performance
- Address risks, scope changes and resource allocation while controlling budgets
- Lead key meetings and keep the Trial Master File and study records complete
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare or business
- At least six years of relevant drug development or clinical research experience
- At least one year as a clinical project manager
- Expertise in infectious disease, immunology and inflammation, cell and gene therapy, and neurology programs
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), privacy practices and local regulations
- Experience across all phases of full-service trial delivery
