Regional Solutions Business Development Manager

About the role

A remote business development role selling building solutions and service agreements to executives across a multi-state region. The focus is on profitable growth and long-term customer relationships.

What you will do

• Sell equipment and service offerings to building owners and their representatives at executive level
• Renew and grow multi-year service agreements with new and existing clients
• Build sales strategies covering proposal pricing, delivery estimates and scheduling
• Assemble equipment, controls and services into project solutions
• Work with project managers, legal, finance, engineering firms and contractors on proposals and contracts

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable experience
• Six to eight years in sales, with at least four years leading people
• Willingness to travel
• A Professional Engineering licence as a required skill

Nice to have

• A Professional Engineering licence is preferred

Pay

USD 136,000 to 136,900 per year
