Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

A senior operator will both win new clients and grow existing accounts for a game co-development and art production partner, reporting to the head of business development.

What you will do

• Find and pursue new business, partnerships and strategic alliances to widen the client base
• Build a personal lead pipeline through outbound work, networking and events
• Run the whole deal cycle from discovery and scoping with production through proposal, negotiation and close
• Keep client satisfaction high and nurture relationships at operational, senior and strategic levels
• Act as the main client contact when production issues arise and help both sides find solutions
• Negotiate and finalise contracts, and keep CRM reporting and status updates disciplined

What they look for

• A record of owning revenue at director level
• Experience selling or growing accounts across PC, console and mobile platforms
• Comfortable with full-cycle deal work and personal lead generation
• Strong client relationship skills across all levels of an organisation
