Regional Vice President, Sales

About the role

A quota-carrying sales leadership role selling a workforce operating system across an assigned territory. The person owns the full sales cycle and models strong practice for peers.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation and close
• Build account strategies and relationships with technical and departmental decision makers in the territory
• Act as trusted advisor, translating workforce and compensation challenges into relevant solutions
• Develop territory and account plans using data and market insight while growing a healthy pipeline
• Present to C-suite, clinical and technical executives with tailored value propositions
• Keep CRM records accurate and partner with marketing, customer success and solution consulting teams

What they look for

• At least five years selling SaaS solutions into healthcare with a proven record of quota attainment
• Skill engaging and influencing C-suite, clinical and technical stakeholders
• Comfort navigating complex organizational and political environments
