Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

Outbound sales role booking qualified meetings for sales teams at client companies, working fully remotely as an independent contractor.

What you will do

• Call prospective customers and decision-makers to generate interest
• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify leads against set criteria and spot genuine sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments and meetings for account executives or sales managers
• Research prospects and businesses for relevant opportunities
• Log interactions and activities accurately in the CRM and follow structured outreach sequences

• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Confidence engaging prospects and decision-makers
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
• Objection-handling and active listening skills
• Ability to qualify prospects and identify buying opportunities
• Self-motivated and organized enough to work independently remotely

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
