What you will do
- Own end-to-end event logistics and projects such as creative work, room blocks, catering, swag, staffing and promotional assets
- Coordinate with venues, agencies, organisers, hotels and couriers, and source new partners and suppliers
- Coordinate invitations, registration, attendee communications and internal promotion market by market
- Support regional event mapping and calendar planning, prioritising spend against pipeline and account goals
- Track budgets, research cost-effective alternatives, raise purchase orders and update budget tools
