Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

About the role

An administrative team takes care of billing and paperwork so the clinical side stays the focus. The caseload centers on children, with parent training and coordination with families and teachers built into the work.

At a glance

What you will do

• Train and supervise student analysts, behavior technicians and RBTs through telehealth
• Write and run behavior intervention programs for each child, covering skill building and behavior reduction
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent training
• Meet weekly with the program director and hold clinic meetings as needed
• Keep contracts and billable hours in line with funding sources, and track program hours

What they look for

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field from an accredited program
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB, with North Carolina licensure preferred
• 3 to 5 years of remote telehealth experience in ABA
• Familiarity with VB-MAPP, ABLLS and Vineland assessments
• Experience with Central Reach EMR and Microsoft Outlook or Teams
