Senior Director / Director, Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management

About the role

Leads commercial strategy and lifecycle planning for a breast cancer portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams toward adoption among academic and community oncology stakeholders.

What you will do

• Drive commercial strategy and coordinate cross-functional execution of plans that support uptake across stakeholders
• Lead the breast cancer lifecycle team in ranking indications and building a roadmap to close evidence gaps
• Track customer input, publications, data presentations and competitive intelligence to stay current in the field
• Shape value propositions and messaging with commercial marketing based on clinical evidence and competitor landscape
• Work with Market Access on reimbursement for uncovered indications, including payer dossier submissions
• Build key opinion leader engagement plans with marketing and medical teams and co-run advisory boards

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA or PhD preferred
• More than eight years in product marketing or market analytics at a pharmaceutical or biotech firm
• Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers
• Ability to influence and motivate people without formal authority
