Remote Collections and Follow-Up Representative

About the role

A remote role focused on chasing overdue payments, contacting customers about balances and checking with banks on pending items. The position calls for persistence, accurate record keeping and independent work.

What you will do

• Reach out to customers about unpaid balances and collection matters
• Phone banks to ask for status updates and clear pending items
• Keep steady follow-up going with both customers and financial institutions
• Log calls, updates and communications accurately
• Take the initiative to clear delays so outstanding items are handled promptly
• Carry out other related duties as assigned

What they look for

• Solid written and spoken English
• Confident verbal communication and a professional telephone manner
• Background in customer service, sales, collections or a comparable field
• Comfort with making frequent outbound calls
• Ability to juggle several pending items and see them through
• Strong follow-up habits, persistence and close attention to detail
