Remote Project Coordinator

About the role

A full time remote coordination role acting as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling field work while keeping internal teams and customers in sync.

What you will do

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients, technicians and departments
• Schedule field visits and confirm technician availability with clients and homeowners
• Handle roughly 20 to 30 calls, 15 to 25 emails and 10 or more internal messages daily
• Enter and maintain data in company systems and prepare work authorizations
• Collect billing details from clients and insurers and keep files organized

What they look for

• At least two years in project coordination, administrative support or a similar role
• Comfort with juggling several projects at once and tracking timelines
• Familiarity with project management approaches such as Agile, Waterfall or Scrum
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management skills
• English at B2 level or above and a dedicated home office
