What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to assigned clients through telehealth sessions
• Complete diagnostic evaluations and maintain defensible clinical records
• Manage your own availability across the week, including evening appointments
• Use an integrated records platform with AI documentation and live translation
• Handle administrative tasks through the clinical workflow tools provided

What they look for

• A full, active, unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in at least one US state
• Eligibility to practise without clinical supervision; associate or supervised licences are excluded
• Demonstrated skill in evidence-based therapy, diagnostic assessment and clinical documentation
• A fast internet connection and a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools
