Remote Recruitment Specialist, Education Staffing

About the role

Manage recruitment and staffing coordination for roles that involve working with children, including sourcing, screening and arranging substitutes when staff are absent. The position is full time and remote with early morning New York hours.

What you will do

• Post openings on recruitment platforms and review incoming applications
• Screen resumes and interview candidates
• Coordinate onboarding, schedules and required documentation
• Find and contact substitute staff when scheduled personnel are absent
• Keep candidate records and tracking systems current
• Follow client procedures and training requirements

What they look for

• Proficient written and spoken English
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing coordination or human resources
• Experience interviewing and using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Nice to have

• Experience in a school, childcare or community setting serving families and children
