What you will do
- Grow the share of customers who buy again and the value they bring
- Own revenue from email, SMS, loyalty and other owned channels
- Design the lifecycle flow from welcome through post-purchase, upgrade and replenishment
- Plan the campaign calendar around trading periods and product launches
- Develop behaviour and value based segmentation and identify high value customers early
- Manage list health, consent and suppression across markets
