What you will do

  • Review limit increase requests from moderate and high risk users against account and transaction history
  • Work a queue of overlimit payments, checking history and risk signals and asking for documents before the cutoff
  • Decide remote check deposits using internal tools and third party systems
  • Handle a high volume caseload inside service level agreements and write up the reasoning behind each call
