Sales and Support Co-Ordinator

About the role

A coordinator role keeping the sales and customer support team running smoothly, handling the customer inbox and helping resolve issues quickly while feeding customer insight into commercial choices.

What you will do

• Own the customer support inbox and aim to answer within a 24 hour service level
• Handle unusual enquiries and resolve issues where possible, tracking follow ups so nothing slips
• Spot recurring questions and pass them to the wider team
• Watch the sales team's daily calling activity and help them hit targets
• Answer team questions on sales and support and help them follow processes and use systems
• Give feedback on call messaging and sales technique, and train new starters

• Comfortable monitoring activity and performance against targets
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution oriented mindset
• Able to work in a fast moving, evolving environment
