What you will do
- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries arriving through webinars, the website, email, support channels and partners
- Assess prospects against set criteria, address doubts and steer them toward suitable planning offerings
- Run multi-channel follow-up by phone, email and text, logging every interaction in HubSpot as it happens
- Hold Zoom preparation calls and help prospects finish their asset inventory and document review beforehand
- Book sessions on firm leader calendars and send reminders to lift attendance
- Support live chats and Q&A at virtual events, then follow up with attendees to arrange qualification calls
