About the role

A freelance outbound sales role focused on generating leads and booking meetings for sales managers. It supports an AI platform that automates costing and quoting for manufacturers.

What you will do

• Find and generate leads through digital channels
• Acquire new prospects creatively using digital platforms
• Reach decision-makers by email, LinkedIn and especially phone
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for sales managers
• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development team
• Help build and expand the customer base

What they look for

• Ideally experience in sales and outbound calling
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of talking to people
• Persuasive on the phone with a closer mindset
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Comfortable in a scale-up culture and willing to go the extra mile
