Sales Development Representative, Home Services

About the role

The role is the frontline of an electrical services team, handling customer inquiries and managing the front-end sales pipeline. It bridges initial contact and service delivery while ensuring a premium customer experience.

What you will do

• Manage the full lead generation lifecycle and respond promptly to inquiries by phone, text and email
• Follow up on unsold estimates, overcome objections and secure bookings
• Collect and process project deposits within the CRM to close deals
• Schedule appointments to optimise the technical team's calendar
• Coordinate technician schedules and updates as central dispatcher
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline stages
