Sales Development Representative

About the role

Act as the first point of contact for customers of an electrical services team, handling inquiries and turning them into booked jobs.

What you will do

• Handle the whole lead generation cycle, answering inquiries by phone, text and email
• Follow up on unsold estimates, overcome objections and secure bookings
• Collect and process project deposits inside the CRM
• Schedule appointments so the technical team's calendar stays full
• Coordinate technician schedules and updates as the central dispatcher
• Keep detailed records of every customer interaction and pipeline stage

• Proven sales background with a record of hitting or beating targets
• Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Reliable and punctual, able to work Pacific Time business hours
• Able to build rapport fast and handle objections confidently

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field service CRM
• Background in home services or the electrical trade
• Comfort managing high volume outreach across call, text and email
