Sales Development Representative

About the role

You will drive outbound growth for clients of a B2B sales acceleration partner, booking qualified meetings with decision-makers from a remote base in Australia.

What you will do

• Make roughly 50 outbound calls per day to key decision-makers
• Handle the top of the funnel from research through booked meetings
• Reach a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities
• Keep pipeline records accurate in Salesforce
• Work with senior stakeholders to sharpen messaging and outreach
• Join regular coaching to learn the team's sales methods

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written communication with a professional, friendly manner
• Coachable, curious and persistent when handling objections
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
• Proven record of high activity levels and meeting KPIs

Nice to have

• Experience in outsourced sales or lead generation
• Background in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
