About the role

Lead a field sales team that engages cat owners at events and festivals, signing them up for a fresh food subscription. The role focuses on growing customer acquisition across northern England.

What you will do

• Coach and mentor freelance brand ambassadors to raise their sales results
• Recognise and reward strong performance across the team
• Lead by example in the field and contribute personal sales when useful
• Build an inclusive, motivated culture tied to the company mission
• Track individual performance with data and give targeted support
• Plan and staff shifts, brief ambassadors and run monthly team socials
