SAP RE-FX Consultant

About the role

A consultant with deep SAP Real Estate Management know-how will design, set up and refine real estate processes, focusing on German VAT requirements, within an international project.

What you will do

• Design, set up and roll out SAP RE-FX solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and improve input tax distribution under section 15 (4) UStG
• Support input tax correction under section 15a UStG and its periodic runs
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Carry out testing, from preparing cases to fixing defects
• Document configurations and functional specifications and run workshops

What they look for

• Demonstrated RE-FX consulting experience with strong configuration and functional knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management
• Practical expertise in input tax distribution under section 15 (4) UStG
• Practical expertise in input tax correction under section 15a UStG
• Understanding of RE-FX integration with FI, such as FI-AA and FI-AP/AR
• Excellent English for engaging business, process and technical stakeholders
• Self-organized and able to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to have

• Service charge settlement experience in SAP RE-FX
• Interface work with external systems such as Planon
• Knowledge of German
