About the role

The director drives enterprise solution sales across the Americas, building regional go to market and partnership strategies and expanding adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflows.

What you will do

Advance partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms and system integrators
Identify, qualify and close complex solution opportunities that grow recurring revenue
Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technical decision makers
Coordinate technical and commercial proposals with proposal management
Support handoff and adoption with project management, service and field applications teams

Deep bioprocessing expertise applied to designing end to end customer solutions
Experience in enterprise level solution sales and regional strategy
Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
Disciplined opportunity, funnel and forecast management in a CRM
