Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Lead and scale a business development representative team, owning the pipeline generation strategy and standards that convert inbound and outbound activity into qualified revenue opportunities. The role blends hands-on selling with coaching and team building.

What you will do

• Set expectations, processes and reporting metrics for pipeline management so sales targets are consistently exceeded
• Own representative metrics and reporting end to end, from dashboard design to data hygiene and metric definitions
• Produce and share weekly pipeline forecasts with the representative team and with leadership
• Run quality assurance on outreach, using AI tooling to review messages and calls and to scale coaching feedback
• Partner with sales leaders on outbound motions and with marketing on inbound lead programs
• Recruit, onboard and retain representatives, and build ramp plans and reference documentation

What they look for

• A track record of leading a business development or sales development team and hitting pipeline and revenue targets
• Ability to build process and improve cadences, qualification criteria, territory design, compensation and quota structures
• Strong CRM and sales enablement skills, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including designing reports
• A coaching mindset with specific, timely and actionable feedback
• Comfort working across US timezones with regular meetings in EMEA and APAC hours
