What you will do
- Execute the strategic plan to grow product specifications in commercial, industrial and institutional projects
- Spot emerging sectors and develop tactics that expand market opportunities for components
- Set up processes and best practices for gathering data insights and positioning products, using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ConstructC
- Work with marketing to align specifications with market demand and coordinate testing needs with engineering
- Attend customer meetings and industry events, and deliver lunch and learn presentations in the territory
- Act as a customer advocate and collaborate with operations, engineering, estimating, sales and marketing
