Technical Customer Success Manager, Europe

About the role

Own a portfolio of API customers across onboarding, adoption and expansion, helping them turn data into successful products and driving net revenue retention.

What you will do

• Build success plans with goals, priorities and next steps for each account
• Run regular calls, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them
• Identify risks early and create mitigation plans
• Own expansions and renewals from spotting opportunities to closing upgrades
• Lead onboarding with integration plans, milestones and clear owners
• Share customer problems and opportunities with product, sales, support and marketing

What they look for

• Two or more years in technical customer success, account management or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience with APIs or data products, or a technical, product management or product owner background
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and data flows without needing to code
• A consultative approach that leads customers rather than only supporting them
