CRM Manager

About the role

Lead hands on lifecycle and loyalty marketing execution for a large cookie delivery chain, running daily CRM operations and moving the program toward personalized, data driven messaging that lifts engagement, purchase frequency, retention and revenue.

What you will do

• Build, launch, check, troubleshoot and improve campaigns and automated journeys in Braze
• Coordinate a high volume calendar of roughly 10 to 20 communications weekly across channels
• Create segmentation and personalization based on purchase behavior, engagement, loyalty activity and lifecycle stage
• Build and refine automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, retention and reactivation
• Run loyalty initiatives and A/B tests, and report on performance, deliverability and channel costs

What they look for

• Four or more years in CRM, lifecycle, retention marketing or a related area at a consumer business
• Deep hands on Braze experience including campaigns, Canvas journeys, segmentation, QA and reporting
• Strong record running high volume campaigns over email, SMS and push
• Experience with lifecycle strategy, automated journeys and personalized campaigns
• Solid grasp of loyalty marketing, member segmentation and rewards communication
