Territory Sales Representative, Industrial Welding and Wear Solutions

About the role

A home-based field sales role covering a Canadian province, helping manufacturers and heavy industry cut downtime and extend equipment life through welding, wear protection and thermal spray solutions.

What you will do

• Win new business and grow existing customer relationships across the territory
• Promote welding consumables, hardfacing alloys, wearplate, thermal spray materials and industrial coatings
• Call on maintenance managers, reliability engineers, fabrication shops, OEMs and purchasing staff
• Spot customer problems and recommend value-added wear protection solutions
• Give technical presentations, product demonstrations and on-site support

What they look for

• Five or more years of industrial outside sales experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with good organisation and time management
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel about 60% of the time
